My Scheduling Flow

In general, Senior and full family sessions are offered Monday through Thursdays. I can make the occasional exception for a weekend date during the slower winter- early spring season, but during my busy times I set a firm boundary around weekends.

Mini sessions are generally offered on 1-2 weekends per season: a couple May, a couple September, one in October and one holiday. I typically have more weekday dates.

Rescheduling, Cancellations + Weather



Deposits are required to reserve your session date, and final payment is due prior to your session. Final payment invoices are sent 7 days before your session.

Payments are processed through PayPal, via my booking links (on my respective senior & family pages). I am also able to accept manually Venmo- inquire above.

Rescheduling

• Each session includes one complimentary reschedule- Rescheduled sessions must take place within the same season and within 30 days of the original session date. For mini sessions these reschedules need to fall within the same series (like "Northville Christmas Mini's")
• All reschedules are based on my availability, and I am not able to expand my schedule to accommodate
• If no date is selected within that timeframe, the session is forfeited and a new booking will be required.

Mini sessions are often popular during busy times of the year. Many of you reading this are young moms like me, and you know the demands on our time. When I reserve time on my families schedule to work a fall weekend or during a holiday break it's done with months of planning and intentionality. Please consider this when you're making requests.

Weather Policy

I reserve the right to reschedule sessions if weather conditions would negatively impact your photos. But please understand that outdoor sessions are effected by the seasons. Summer sessions can be very hot, Christmas mini's very cold, during the fall we get some cloudy days. As a full time photographer I juggle many sessions and will hold your session unless:

• The "feels like" is over 100
• High chance of rain

Senior Sessions: If we need to reschedule based on weather I guarantee another spot, but I cannot 100% guarantee another golden hour. I keep a handful open each month but if we get a week of rain and heat then I may have many sessions to squeeze in to summer.

Reschedules due to weather

If I need to reschedule due to weather you will be offered new dates within the same mini series or season. Booking your original near the beginning of the season is a smart move- you'll get more options.

A quick note

Because I take on a limited number of sessions each season, I’m not able to hold open-ended dates or carry sessions into future seasons.
